Signing in

Use the email address Ethos has on file for you. That is the one your invite was sent to.
Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and follow the email.
No invite yet? Ask your broker or email us, and we will send one.

Courses and community

Ethos assigns course and group access. If something you expect is missing, email us and we will check your access.
If a video or lesson will not load, update the app, check your connection, then close and reopen the app.
Your progress saves as you go. If it looks wrong, send us the course name and we will look into it.

Notifications

Turn notifications on or off in your phone’s settings under the app name. You can also adjust them inside the app.

Report content or a person

Ethos has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Use the report option on the post, comment, message or profile.
Or email admin@ethosinternationalre.com with what you saw and who posted it.
You can also block a user so that you stop seeing their content.

We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks our community standards is removed, and the person who posted it loses access.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your Ethos International RE app account at any time. The app is provided by CVR Holdings, Inc., doing business as Ethos International Real Estate.

In the app

Open the app and go to your profile.
Open Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email us from the address on your account.
Use the subject “Delete my Ethos app account.”
We confirm within 10 business days and finish within 30 days.

Request account deletion

What gets deleted

Your profile, contact details, profile photo, messages, training progress, quiz and survey answers, and notification settings. Posts and comments you made are removed or disconnected from your name.

What we may keep

Limited records we need for security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or legal and regulatory record-keeping. Details are in the App Privacy Policy.

Deleting your app account does not end or change your agreement with Ethos as an agent. That is handled with your broker.
